Make plans this Saturday, June 9th and come on out to Horizon’s Mini-Golf for Good Fundraiser. The event is great for families and kids alike. The event will take place at Green Valley Golf Range in Northwest Suburban Hanover Park. Stop by anytime between 11 and 4 p.m. Registration is recommended. However, we will also accept walk-in registrations day of the event.

Did you know Horizon has a YouTube channel? We recently created a new channel and we have updated our channel with new content and linked videos. See what camp is all about and why camp is everyone’s favorite week of the year. You will find an assortment of videos from fundraisers to summer camp. Many of these videos were created by our very own volunteers. Make sure you subscribe to our channel so you receive updates on future videos that are added. Happy viewing! 

WE NEED YOUR HELP! Have you been trying to figure out how to help your favorite organization? Here is how you can help. We have a wish list of things we are in need of to make camp the best week ever. 

We need things from cabin supplies to food and cookout supplies to arts & crafts items, as well as gift cards so we can get things as we need them during the week.

Do you know someone who works for company that would like to donate? Want to contribute to Horizon’s camp supplies but don’t have time to shop?  No problem. Make a monetary donation, and mark “camp donations” as the donation type. Your donation will go toward supporting Horizon Summer Camp.

Come on out to Mongolian Grill at the Bolingbrook Promenade on Thursday, March 29th from 6 to 9 p.m.!

Our very own Horizon volunteers will be behind the grill cooking up some delicious stir-fry while collecting your tips!! Inform the hostess you’re there for Horizon and the organization will receive $3 for each person that attends.

We have the back room reserved, so plenty of room for friends and family. Please spread the word. We will have a good assortment of raffle prizes as well. See you there!

Get ready to experience The Decades at Horizon’s 2018 Summer Camp, which will take place Sunday, July 15th through Saturday, July 21st, 2018.  

Whether it’s the first time or the twentieth time, if you want to attend camp, you must complete an application and submit the required documents.  Space is limited, and it may take some time to complete the registration process.  Don’t delay, and apply today!
