HORIZON FAMILY PICNIC: RETURN TO CAMP HASTINGS
Please join us Saturday, August 15th from 11am-3pm for food, friends, and fun.
Once again, we return to where it all began –– Camp Hastings on Hastings Lake in Lindenhurst, Illinois! Even though the campsite is gone, the Lake County Forest Preserve has completely restored the grounds and added a large accessible picnic shelter.
It will be the perfect day to reconnect with old friends, or hang out with friends you haven’t seen since last summer! Bring out the whole family, there will be something for everyone!!
There will be games, arts & crafts, bubbles, music and more! Feel free to bring your favorite lawn game to add to the fun. It is sure to be a great time for all ages!
