Horizon is a volunteer-run organization which depends on your generous donation to provide its annual camps to adult with disabilities and volunteers. Our vision is to empower and enrich the lives of adults with physical disabilities by providing meaningful opportunities for social and emotional growth through recreational activities.
Horizon’s programs, including Summer Camp, are made possible by generous donors like you. This year, in addition to continuing to provide new recreational opportunities for adults with disabilities, we are expanding safety precautions, including an increase in Personal Protective Equipment and the number of health staff on site. Association of Horizon is a tax-exempt 501(c)3 nonprofit organization (Tax ID #36-3814090) registered by the State of Illinois since 1991. All donations are considered gifts and are non-refundable. All donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
