Items to bring to camp

Camp supplies

One of the most common questions asked is, “What Do I Need to Bring to Camp?”

If something comes up and you are unable to attend, please notify the recruitment committee right away. They work hard matching up individuals and need as much time as possible to rearrange when necessary.

First of all, there is limited space so it is important to PACK LIGHT but remember to bring all of the necessities:

  1. Bring enough medicine for the entire week. All prescription medication need to be in a baggy, clearly labeled with your name, day and time need to be taken.
  2. IMPORTANT: sheets/blanket/sleeping bag/pillows/pillowcases NONE ARE AVAILABLE!!
  3. Towel/washcloths and all personal toiletries
  4. Toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo soap, brush & comb
  5. Shirts and shorts (be prepared for some hot sunny days)
  6. Long-sleeve shirts, sweatshirts, sweater or a jacket (it can get cold at night)
  7. Pants, jeans and/or sweatpants
  8. Underclothes, socks, pajamas or something to sleep in and robe
  9. Swimsuit, sunscreen, sunglasses, hats and flip-flops (great for shower shoes)

  12. Lawn chair/camping chair or blanket for sitting outside
