Thanks to everyone who sent in suggestions. The committee is working hard planning this year summer camp. If you have any ideas or suggestions and would like to help, please visit the camp committee page and send us your ideas in an e-mail. Also, we are also looking for companies to help sponsor our T-shirts. For a small donation, companies can have their logo on the back of our shirts which are worn proudly year-round. 2009 Summer Camp Applications Are Ready
The official start to our 2009 camp season began Saturday at the Recruitment Kickoff Party at Hackney’s Glenview. Thank you to those who came out in the snowy weather to enjoy some time with their Horizon friends and to fill out their camp applications.
The application is now available on-line too. Since space is limited and we are anticipating a large number of new camper applicants, we have decided to fill spaces with previous Horizon campers up to March 10th. After March 10th we will begin to fill the remaining spaces on a first come, first served basis. If you are a new camper to our program, you can still submit your application before March 10th. You will be placed on a list according to date received and after March 10th we will fill remaining spaces from the list till we are full.
