Fall Weekend Camp

This is the 17th annual Association of Horizon Inc/The Adult Muscular Dystrophy Club Fall Weekend Camp. It will be September 20^th 10 am to Sunday September 21^st 11 am, 2008 at JCYS Camp Henry Horner (Red Leaf Village) in Ingleside, Illinois. Our Theme is Old friends, Good TIMES! We look forward to your participation.

Since this is a weekend only, Horizon will not be providing transportation. However public transportation is available via Metra train line to the Ingleside or Fox Lake stop or please check your local PACE service. Destination is JCYS CAMP HENRY HORNER, 26710 W. Nippersink Rd., Ingleside, IL 60041, and Telephone: 847-740-5010.

Visitors are welcome and encouraged! Come up and reunite with old friends with a catered dinner, bonfire and nighttime entertainment! Plan to arrive after 3:00; dinner will be at 5:30. We want to ensure everything is ready for your arrival. If you are planning on coming, please e-mail Maureen Quaid mquaid596@sbcglobal.net. PLEASE let her know with a headcount so we can plan accordingly.
