Horizon’s Hope
The Association of Horizon, Inc. is proud to announce its 2nd Annual Horizon’s Hope Grant Program. This program was established to give back to our members. One individual affiliated with Horizon will be rewarded $1,000 based on their application. For more information about this program please download the form Horizon’s Hope 09 or contact Rachel Youngberg. Please read the guidelines carefully to be sure that you qualify in one of the three areas of consideration. We will not accept applications that do not include the proper paperwork with your application and essay. We can not evaluate your essay if it includes any personal identifying information! Applications must be postmarked by January 1, 2009 The grant will be awarded in The Spring of 2009. The winner will be given details.
