Horizon’s 11th Annual Night at the Races is quickly approaching. This has been our biggest fundraiser for the past 7 or 8 years and we need your to help keep the streak alive. We still have seats available for the wonderful 2 hour buffet overlooking the racetrack at Balmoral Park.
